FDF: Laundry

Do you sort your laundry by color? What about fabric type? Is it ever possible to amass enough tiny lacy underthings that you can justifiably run the "Delicate" cycle? If the label says "Dry Clean only", but the clothing is some sort of blend (or in my case, a 100% cotton sofa cover), do you ever say "fuck it" and just wash the damn thing? Am I the only person who line-dries her 100% cotton knits?  Has anyone ever ACTUALLY turned all their clothes pink, or is that just a sitcom trope?
